We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Returns
Bargains from the Bluegrass will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and must be postmarked in that time. Please email us for RA#

Return policy:
You may return most new, unworn items sold by Bargains from the Bluegrass within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Partial refunds will be issued for the following items: Most items that are returned more than 30 days after purchase. Any item that has obvious signs of use. Any item not returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges: You are welcome to return the item for a refund and then we will place a new order for the item you want in exchange.
